Do you think the US and other super powers military are secretly developing

aircraft capable of...? ...outer atmosphere flight? To me, I think it's just something that any military would invest time and money in.
 
I'm sure that many nations are trying to develop such an aircraft, be we're the only superpower trying to do so because we're the only superpower left. I wouldn't be surprised if a few different groups in our country were working on an aircraft like this this - NASA, Air Force, etc
