...warming, over poaching, etc? I don't really know what I'll be talking about but I really want to write about this topic in my short essay. :]

The question is : if you had the chance to speak to a government official or community leader, what issue would you bring up and why?

I love nature and all but honestly, lol, in real life i'm not this brave animal-rights activist who's so passionate n knows everything that's going on w/ the gov and environment,,I don't really know what's going on n all, at least not yet.

What exactly do you think I should write about and do you really think the government is doing such a bad job in protecting the environment? Is it that much of an issue to be writing about?
 
Maybe you could write about how "global warming" and "carbon footprints" have given normal people a easy out at the expense of true environmentalism.
