I'm in the navy a seabee stationed in mississippi I deploy to afghanistan in Feb. She's not even at her first duty station. She just finished MCT.She's in North Carolina We started dating right before I left for basic in January, then a month after I got out she went to bootcamp. I've seen her once since she got out of bootcamp(for a day). Please be honest. we're both 19 I've known her since the fourth grade. and I've been told to wait it out until she gets on her own to see if we we'll grow apart. There are no marine bases near me.
I dont plan on getting married anytime soon.

dual military is very difficult. since your not married you could very well be stationed on opposite sides of the world. even if your married its very difficult to keep spouses close to each other. it is all by chance if you two would get stationed near each other.

If your not married, I'd say yes, expect to be in two different places for most if not all of your career(s). If married, and you being Navy and her Marine, there is a fair to good chance that you will both be separated at one time or another. So, pick which one of the above options applies to you and do the math.
