I love a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy,,, but think about this one. FEMA couldn't handle New Orleans,, I don't think they could handle a rebellion either.

the government has been taking over for years, taking away are rights it is
high time people see what is going on, and it is not the Obams adminstration
