The war on terror was based on lies as told to the people of America and Britain by their governments. The American and British Secret Services have admitted this......... there reports were "embroidered" and added to by Bush and Blair (or sexed-up in Britain - have you forgotten Dr Kelly and the BBC journalist??)

The 9-11 conspiracy crowd should answer this question. Did our government bomb the Marine barracks in Lebanon, bomb the countless embassies over the last 20 years, bomb The USS Cole, or kill our troops in Somalia?
We looked the other way for years on the terrorist threat.
Then came 9-11.
The government finally realized that the war was coming to our shores.
If you don't think the terrorists are pursuing nuclear weapons to hit us with, you are kidding yourself.
Bin laden himself made the statement that he is working on something bigger than 9-11
The same crowd yelling conspiracy now will be the ones looking at a mushroom cloud and asking why somebody didn't do anything to stop it
Yes it is and was a last resort.
