unwilling to be ever-vigilant ...? Do you think that rules, laws and Commandments are made by untrusting souls unwilling to be ever-vigilant as to how THEIR continued interactions may be productive or destructive?
(Kind of like building a robot and then letting it run amok while they turn their backs and live the high-life.)
