Do you think that it is Okay to complain about a teacher at school?

At my school, there are some teachers who are a little more strict. One of my other teachers said that your best bet is to go to the office and, well, complain. Is this wrong or okay. If you think it is wrong then tell me what to do because my teacher is driving me nuts! If it is right then tell me why, because I still have some reasons why I think it is wrong:
1. Strict teachers teach generally better
2. I sometimes like this teacher
3. I don't like people complaining to me!
4. I'm in middle school!!!!

Well your reason #4 should be a reason why you possibly should.

I don't mean to discourage you but middle-school doesn't really matter that much. HighSchool on the hand DOES. If you were in HS then you might want to consider not doing something like this because if nothing was done about it yet the teacher caught wind of what you did they could make things even worse on you. So even though I'm not listing reason's here I'd say you have every right and maybe even a moral obligation to your fellow students to stand up and do something about it. That is, if your complaints are justified. Teachers can be strict and it is sometimes for your own good that they are that way. They are trying to prepare you for the rest of your life. HighSchool is going to be way more complicated in not just the schoolwork but the social aspect too. College, employment and adultlife will be filled with challenges and shortcomings that become greater and greater as your life continues, but if after considering those things, you STILL feel you are being treated too unfairly then yes, tell someone at the office about it.

It depends on what the teacher is doing to be 'strict.'
-If they are doing certain things to affect your education then most definitely complain.
--However, if they are being strict on the way they are teaching you, like how your grades are determined and so forth then take it as a gift. When you have teachers like that, they are helping you in the long run, preparing you for your future education.

Depends on the reason. Most schools will allow you to change teachers if there is cause but home work is one of them unless it becomes grossly inordinate, (Read chapters 1-29 for tomorrows test).
Why not Talk to the teacher first.
