She is the result of years of Affirmative Action. They constantly push unqualified minorities ahead of more deserving students. Also, she is a racist, activist judge who would legislate from the bench instead of upholding the Constitution.
I feel that, in view of her comments and her obviously bigoted and racially biased ruling with the panel on the New Haven issue, it is obvious that the woman has a racial bias. What would be so wrong about Obama naming a less racist nominee?
