Do you think Senators and congress should have to pass a test about the HC bill before..

Unless all of congress and senators agree to be on the plan they are going to offer the rest of us, I'm not buying it....test or no test.

...they can vote on it? The test would just be a simple comprehension test -- random questions that were clearly spelled out in the bill. If they fail, they obviously didn't read the bill or if they did, the bill needs to be slimmed down so they can remember what they are voting on.
