Rush Limbaugh “Straight Shooter” billboard causes media frenzy in Tucson, Arizona.
Rush Limbaugh is under scrutiny after his “Straight Shooter” billboard in Tucson, Arizona went viral on the internet. It turns out after the recent Arizona shooting, people are looking for anything and everything to blame for the tragedy. First it was the Sarah Palin poster and blood libel video, then Glenn Beck‘s gun toting website malfunction and now this Limbaugh bullet hole ridden billboard. This is exactly why I don’t do politics, it consists of a bunch of finger pointing.
We should all really take a second and focus on what the real tragedy is here. Let’s remember those who were killed by Jared Lee Loughner and pray the Gabrielle Giffords makes a full recovery. Granted at this moment in time the Rush Limbaugh straight shooter billboard is appalling but my guess is that it has been there for quite a while. Why was it not brought to anyone’s attention earlier? Oh that’s right, it takes a tragedy for people to actually give a shit.
