Do you think my Mother In Law is telling the truth about this money?

She claims that she is getting this large amount of money soon. She was hit by a drunk driver whom owns a resort in Sanibel Island, FL, about 25 years ago She was hurt as well as the child inside of her. The baby was actually killed. She now claims that Bank of America is holding up her money due to their financial situations. She has been saying she is getting about 100 million. She claims they are going to give her 5 million in the next couple of weeks and then after that she will get the rest each quarter. What do ya'll think about this?
