If they find the eggs, they will eat them. They are loaded with good nutrients and packed with protein. The crab would be a fool not to eat them.
Depending on what kind of fish you have, the crab may not be able to get to the eggs. Some fish lay eggs on plants, and some on the aquarium glass. Though, they may eat the eggs themselves.
