My husband is a military man. He and I were discussing MJ's death. We came to the same conclusion. We are very annoyed at the amount of media coverage MJ death is getting. Especially television news and programming.
When REAL LIFE stories of our fallen soldiers who are fighting to keep this country safe are not being talked about or covered.
This Hollywood crap is getting me mad.
MJ was f**king hooked on drugs and his death is being glorified now,
He is being worshiped like some Messiah like figure.
Why is this being blown out of all proportion?
Someone here referred to MJ as a fallen soldier (metaphorically speaking)
I think that is an insult to REAL soldiers.
People defending this country.
People fighting cancer. Kids with leukemia and other debilitating diseases.
People fighting to keep their families fed and clothed and a roof over their head.
People working two or three jobs to make ends meet.
People who give their last penny to help someone.
People who are trying to survive extreme conditions, either in war zones, or impoverished areas.
These are real soldiers. Soldiers of life.
MJ was a child abuse victim and a victim of Hollywood lifestyle.
BUT thousands of people everyday face abuse and difficulties.
They do not get saluted, They do not get televised or have their stories told, over and over again.
Tell me, do you think MJ is getting OTT media coverage?
Fire away!
