Do you think it's weird when a black person wants to adopt the Indian culture?

I have a friend who is in love with Indian culture. she loves the food, the language, how they dress (ie saris), etc....and she wants to adopt the culture. she wants to wear saris, learn Bengali and/or Hindi...
I don't know how I feel about this, though.
I have nothing against her decision, I was just wondering what other thought of this.
 
mayb shes just curious bout it and wants to know how it feels, i dont think shell b in the indian culture dha rest of her life, it probly is just a pass time. let her/him have fun.
