...back by myself? i want (more of a need) to ride my bike (im not talking about a motor bike i mean a bicycle) to L.A. and back this summer by myself im 15 and my mom does not want me to go because she says im to young and i want peoples opinion.
 
If I teach just a cpl of things in life my very young friend it is this, remember it and never forget it. "Nothing is Safe and "You can't trust anyone"
 
i do a lot of long distance biking and its a lot better to go with a friend. It gets kinda boring and takes the fun out of a bike ride if you're alone in a foreign place for a while. I hate to agree with your mom (i know we don't like it when they have a valid point) but if some shit happens its a lot better to have someone with you. All the power to you if your going to attempt such a long distance ride but I would definately go with a buddy, not only is it safer, but its way more fun.
