I don't know what level of oxygen is required for such fish, but the more the better.
Eutrophication can lead to oxygen being depleted from a pond. And remember that oxygen isn't everything, the fish need a source of food and a pond has to be a certain size for them to survive.
 
dissolved oxygen content of 3 ppm? why? or why not
give as much detail and info as possible
