Do you think it would be possible to decoupage a bike?

I want to cover my bike's frame with pictures from magazines and/or newspaper. Do you think it would stay with Mod Podge or something else?
 
Sure, why not. After you get it covered, spray on a few light coats of polyurethane to protect it. Use the water based poly (this is less likely to yellow) and let it dry. Do not leave your bike in the rain.
