OK, I am a 6ft 3 inch 250 lbs 18 year old male. now im not asking for a diet lecture because i know i can lose weight my question is if im losing weight with what im doing. ok first ill tell you my diet. i love mountain dew i probably drink 5 to 6 cups of it a day. account for ruffly 1000 calories alone then i usually eat a mini pizza or something heat and eat for lunch. and usually have somthing big for dinner. so i probably consume at-least 2,500 calories a day. ok now i walk and run everyday now. i was down to 210 once before but after i graduate i quit but im back at it. i walk/run 4 miles everyday on a treadmill burning 600 calories. with alot of water. then i work out based on two days day a and day b. day a is push ups/bench, then triceps pull-downs/dips, last military press/shoulder shrugs, and i dont know the calories i burn doing that. so thats my everyday. now im 20% body fat and im ok with that but i just want to know if i am losing anything with what im doing daily.
P.S Im a X highschool football player so i have alot of muscle mass too and im fresh out highschool.
