do you think im going to get sick?

i was outside talkign to my neighbor amd im 14 and shes 13. i stood outside for about 13 minutes and i had like long shorts on, socks, shoes, and a hoody on and a shirt underneath. i just needed to talk, but my ears hurt just a tad and im really thirsty. do you think i will get sick ? its below freezing here. below 32d farenheight
