Okay so to get things started a few months ago I was at my boys house and I had to stay the night cause I was crunk so I ran outside in the rain and rang this indian mans house and ran away he knew it was me and got pissed off so then a week later my brother and his friends got really high and threw rocks over this house and it hit the same indian mans car and I think one hit him I had nothing to do with it.
So a few days later I was chillin on my boys front porch the same friend of mine and the same Indian man came out and walked over to us and I walked over and he came up and tried to take a swing at me and he said that the police said if he sees me that he will be allowed to "f*** my s*** up" those were his exact words so then after all that stuff ended a few months passed and I wanted revenge for him trying to hit me and for yelling at me and swearing at me so I had my mini 3inch blade on me and I slashed 1 tire and another friend of mine slashed 1 tire on the same car I did but then he ran up to the Indian mans van and slashed all 4 tires then I went home and the next day I was hanging out with a few friends and we all smoked a few grams of weed out of a bong so then I said im going to go home im hungry cause I got the munchies so then I got home like 2 minutes later it was like 3:32pm and I got some food turned on Trailer Park Boys and then literally 2 minutes later my doorbell rang I went to go see who it was but they blocked my peekhole so I am high off my ass and I opened the door and guess who it was the stupid ass cops they asked my name and then they came into my house and arrested me I didnt try to run at all cause I couldnt so they brought me to the police station and put me in the interogation room. (also I had like 2 roaches of weed on me and they found it)
So im sitting the the interogation room and they have those stupid string wall things so I start picking at it one of the cops come in and say stop picking at the wall so I stopped and then like 10 minutes later I was like f*** this im picking at this wall just to piss them all off so then I started again and then they came in again and said stop I said no f*** off pig and then this big black man comes in and grabs me by my neck and im really high so I cant fight back so then they circle me in the office room and one of them elbows me in the chest and they throw me on the ground then pick me up and toss me in a cell.
Then 3 hours later they let me out of the cell and I talked to the detective and I admitted to slashing 1 tire but I didnt snitch out any of my friends at all so then they gave me a promise to appear in court and another paper saying I cant hang out with my boy but yet it only said just one of my boys yet I was with 2 people when it happened.
So I went home and though hmmmm how did they know where I live and my name??? Then I was like f*** I put all the pieces together and realized my boy snitched on me he snitched where I live and my name because the cop told him I snitched on him when clearly he was arrested before me so how could I have and I am a gang member why would I snitch.
So my boy even admitted to snitchin me out to the cops and I flipped out on him cause this isnt my first charge infact in july I had 2 charges stayed and the court told me if I get into more s*** with the cops theres a chance they will bring back my other 2 charges and re-charge me with them which would then mean I would be charged with...
-Theft Under $5,000 (One of my Stayed Charges)
-Carrying A Concealed Weapon (One of my Stayed Charges)
-Mischief Over $5,000 (The Charge For Slashing The Indian Mans Tire)
Also the cops didnt get the knife I used to cut the 1 tire.
So what do you guys think do you think that they will bring back my theft and weapon charge???
Do you guys think If they do bring back my theft and weapon charge ill go to jail??
And do you guys think ill go to jail for this and what do you guys think is the worst that the judge could give me?
Also no stupid answers.
And its not a racial hate crime i slashed his tire cause he tried to punch me in the face.
And I refered to him as the Indian man because i dont know his name!!!
and also the reason why i said my boy all the time is cause im not saying names.
