Okay I only do this once a week Wich is take a break from my diet and exercises..But so you think this is SO much that i have a binge eating disorder?
Breakfast: 1 Big bowl of cereal, Toast with Peanut-butter and a bowl of Mixed Fruit
Mocha Carmel Frapp-a-cino
some hard candy and a another small bowl of cereal
a Zucchini with cream cheese and a cup of juice
Dinner: Baguette Bread (lots) with cheese, and a salad (mixed vegetables, with fat free ranch
Dessert: Ice cream Sunday with cereal and peanut butter on top
is this a binge eating disorder bad or just i'm on a break bad??
I also had alot of milk in my tea and coffee drinks
