Do you think he likes me or just wants sex?

So i like this guy he is 29 and im 23 btw. We have been on three dates and known each other almost three weeks. On the third date he wanted sex or so it seemed. He kinda got annoyed that i wouldnt give it to him. In the morning he was so cold to me but i didnt talk to him much either because i was sick and hungover. He gave me a kiss and told me to call him. He text me later that day and i called him but he never answered. MY friend the next day asked whats up why are you confusing her she doesnt know if you like her anymore and he made a joke and said well im gonna call her later. He ended up called me the next night. Then the following day he called me twice and wanted to go hiking since i love doing that and then go to dinner and a movie one night. Last night he just text me for about an hour that was it. Does he like me or not? Do you think he was so weird to me is because i rejected him? Should i call or text him today?
