I'm an 18 year old, who get's A's and B's a lot. Sometimes A*. But the reason I chose to go to a Community College, is because I was late for the application deadline, as I was exchanging for a year somewhere else, and couldn't deal with it.
So i am deciding going there for 1 year as a Freshman, and transfer as a sophomore to a regular 4 year university. The only problem is.
CC tend to be for less academic people, who get D's and F's a lot, and who come from poorer areas. I'm worried that people will think i'm a fag, because I'm an A-B student, come from a wealthy family, and think very academic, and dress up smart.
Is this a bad move ?..... will there be other people in my position, who are very academic ?... seriously, many people think CC's smell like piss. No offense. But i feel embarrassed going there now.
