do you think GM AND CHRYSLER ARE GONE?

Uh.... they were useless companies anyways. GM was the exact same car models as Chevy and Cadillac. Was it really necessary to have 3 car companies selling the exact same car models? And same with chysler and dodge. Same cars, different companies. No biggie.
 
Oh God I'm so glad someone asked about those two. I heard they're going to Europe trying to get money to keep operating. I hope the Europeans are smart enough to see how high risk a loan to them would be.
 
they should be gone.
They screwed up, their unions screwed them over.
They make porky cars that no-one wants except americans.
They are short sighted for fuel efficient cars and are married to oil companies.

It would be best if they went bankrupt, and started again. Hired all workers again from scratch.... new management, and got rid of all the stupid pension rules after retirement that make the companies unviable.

How do the euro and japanese companies, make better cars for less ? and why are their cars more popular than US cars ?
Those should be easy answers. But if the US companies cant follow suite.... then they deserve to go away
 
Hard to see how they will survive without billions more from the government, and those billions are likely not forthcoming.
