its okay, it reminds me of Dove, but i think that name is taken by the chocolate and soap. When I read the name it reminded me of Dovely but that is like strange. Its an okay name.

It depends what type of clothes you have to offer. Dover sounds like Dove. So if it were me i would go with a more elegant chic name!
