Do you think basketball is a athletic and hard working sport?

Well I was watching a Laker game and my brother kept on telling me that soccer or volleyball is a more athletic sport. What do you think iz basketball a hard working sport?
Well could u plz explain why like no affense but pinnaples is bigger than grapes isn't a very good answer.
