Do you think a 13 year old should be able to have a cellphone?

Remember that there is 6 year olds with cellphones. Tell me why or why not!!!
If they have striat A's and are responsible.
If they have strait A's and are responsible.
 
Yeah, I definitely think they should. For example: say their practice or after school activity gets cancelled and they need to call their parents/whoever is picking them up to tell them that whatever they had after school is cancelled.
 
I don't see why not. I mean, if youre responsible enough to not lose it. Also, you wouldnt need anything fancy, like a smart phone (eg, BlackBerry, iPhone), just something simple that can make calls.
 
13 dang!! Well even younger is the worst! I didn't get my phone till i was 16 (a regular phone, with no camera) that I worked for...wow that is WAY to young! Especially an Iphone or something close to it. These kids today, they're so spoiled, and they don't appreciate life and what they are given. Really its the parents I blame, they just buy them whatever they want....then break it and then want the better updated one. What happened to the old days where kids weren't so spoiled from technology?
