DO YOU think 2 kicker comps can handle a 1000 watt amp WATTS PEAK/RMS 500/250 4/8 ohms?

WATTS PEAK/RMS 500/250 4/8 ohms? these are the 2 12' kicker comps
The amp would be the alpine MRP M1000


not totally sure im not at home my speakers my be 4 ohms.but can either work?
there is an error in my question the speakers are 300/150 my bad
