It's significantly more difficult for entry-level individuals to find jobs than it is for experienced individuals to find jobs.

Would you support allowing recent grads to be eligible for unemployment benefits?
To those who feel "Unemployment benefits give people a disincentive to work."
that's not true: unemployment benefits still only provides them with half (or less) of what they would be making had they been working.
So they definitely have incentive to work if they want full compensation.
