...new Raw GM in either '07 or '08? I think it was '07 though, but yea, the fans were actually going nuts. I thought they missed out on making Sandman a type of 'screw the rules' face GM, kind of like what Austin was but different too. Instead they went with Regal and then a few weeks later he was suspended (Regal was)
