Once he gets his socialized health care, a government bureaucrat will determine what health care you receive, including what medicine you can have and the bureaucrat may not even be a doctor or nurse but a technician and also this same system will determine what priority you receive, older people get to the end of the line because you are going to die soon, anyway, is the democrat logic

Take it from me, I am Canadian. I understand the true promise of "universal health care." Take it from me.

Socialized medicine will rob you of your freedom, your health care will be rationed, the government will choose your doctor for you and tell you where you must see a doctor, the feds will have access to your records. Please, please, Please AMERICA do not go down the road of socialism.

I pray, everyday, that one day I can go to America for freedom. But, I cannot. Socialized medicine is BAD. DOn't go down that road.

America is the one last bastion of freedom and peace.

Tell your congressional representative to vote NO on socialized medicine.

I am not a rich person. I make a little over $40,000 a year. The company I work for takes $1,200 a year out of my pay for my health care coverage. Thats all, thats not a lot of money if you know how you manage your money properly. And I have to say it is the best health care, and no socialized system could do any better.

The problem I think is that most people who don't have health care believe they can't afford it. Which is just a load of bull crap. If Americans actually sat down and figured their money situation out, and stop buying useless items, they would realize they do have enough to afford it. Then we wouldn't have 47 million uninsured(which is another load of crap. I highly doubt there are more than 25 million uninsured, but since they include illegal aliens in the numbers we will never know.)
 
Is it so, Neocon? Fear-mongering is out of style. Each and every civilized country on the face of this planet except USA has socialized health care. We do not have it yet because of individuals like you, Neocon. But we will soon.
 
Yes, too many people today only look to convenience but never look at the cost. They are fed lies about how our system is fundamentally flawed until "born in sin come on in." Here are some interesting facts about "Public healthcare" compared to our own.
 
i cant vote yet but i care about the future of this country and agree with you it seems to me that everyone was blind sighted in this elections and people need to be educated on what this country was founded on democracy not socialism doesn't anybody pay attention in geography think about what happened to russia!
 
As opposed to an insurance accountant now, that gets bonuses based on denial of benefits? No thanks. I'll take my chances with someone who's boss I elect.
 
With private healthcare most people don't even get a number in line...they get their claims rejected by some agent who gets bonuses based on how many claims they deny a month.
