do you own a dodge durango?

i own a 2004, but on the top were you read the temp. and all that in the middle there are dots that indicate 1,2&3. do you know what they are for? if so, how do i use that feature. my SUV is a used one so it didn't have the car manual. thank you for your time i appreciate it. no rude comments please.
 
Those buttons would be for your homelink system. You can operate up to three household appliances with them (for example garage door, porch light, gate,etc) It really is a cool system. Check out this website for programming instructions.
