Do you own a ceramic heater?

we own a inferead heater it is very small it heats the whole house and uses nearly no electric and its completely quiet. the source below is the exact heater we use. hopefully it will help.
 
I just bought one recently and we are finding it rather noisy... similar to a hair dryer.

Its okay when we're watching TV, as it masks the noise, just wondering if yours is noisy?

If you know of a quiet heater (which heats a room FAST) please help out.

(PS: We already have an oil heater, which is effective but does not heat the room fast)
