Obama's election on CNN, MSNBC, FOX? Why is that?

Let us discuss this without negative racial overtones. But it is a mathematical fact, that there are more Black people on these news shows. Why is that? I don't understand.

Are they actively trying to showcase black professional political analysts/operatives?
