I've been exercising for a while now and I'm starting to get toned on my stomach. It seems like if I go a day or two though without exercising, it's hard to see that I'm toned. But once I do my exercises for that day, they really start to show more. So for instance, if I want to wear a bikini and show off my toned stomach, do I have to exercise that morning so that I look more toned that day?
Hey Nikki Fabulus, I was wondering, how you mentioned once the body fat leaves it can be more defined, while I've been exercising for a while now (like 4 mnths) and I'm not fat or overweight, but I'm guessing it's just regular body fat? Anways, does that mean I have to diet a little bit too in order to get rid of that? Or will working out eventually make it leave?
