Do you need to cite the author of a blog comment if you use it in your paper?

I am currently doing a research paper on a topic, and I noticed these really good suggestions in these blog comments about the matter so I used their ideas in my paper. However, I am unsure whether I should cite the blog(the one I used to see those comments) or give credit to the people that replied to the blog(the ones that gave me ideas for it, but technically, its their ideas).

Who do I cite, the person who posted the blog or the individuals that replied to the blog and gave me their ideas(by the way, they only leave their blog user names)? Also, how would I cite it, if you say the people that replied to the blog?
