I'm going to be changing the fuel filter on my friends car and I checked ChiltonPro and it says I'll need a special toyota tool 09631-22020. It's some kind of tool for the power steering.
I have a 300 piece mechanic tool set and a ton of other tools. Will I be able to somehow get that off or do I need that tool?
