do you need a fishing licenses to fish at virginia beach peir?

in august im goin to virginia beach and i want to fish there for my frist time i just wanted to know if i have to have a fishing licenses to fish on the pier in virginia beach and i would like to know how much it cost too thank you
 
yes you do and you can get a fishing liscense at walmart or bass pro shop. Go on their websites and they'll let you know the pricing of them.
