Do you listen to your Financial Adviser?

If you have investment of mutual funds at brokerage like T Rowe Price or Morgan Stanley. You probably have a Financial Advisor. Mine tell me he is on a salary and he doesn't make commissions off of me, and he encourages me to exchange/trade. That is their job by making their clients jump around in the market hoping for a gain.

Since there is no such thing as a risk-free financial advise, do you listen to those advisors?
