i do why should i pay for a licence to go fishing ? Just what is the licence enforcer going to do if you just pack up and walk off ?
DAMN RIGHT ! what really pisses me is a few years ago a private lake which i fish had a problem with oxygen in the water (lack of ) did the enviroment agency help did they fuck just wandered around trying to nick people who had already payed to fish privately , good thing was though some guy objected by pushing the twats in lol
 
yes I do , i've never had one although I do pay membership to the British Legion who own the spots where I fish.
A licence is just the governments permission to do an activity which is already perfectly legal (just like driving and using the road that you already own). The govt does not represent me or my views and I don't need their permission for anything thank you very much!
