I like cooking for myself, but not for others. I always cook what I want, and how I like it cooked. I cook to please myself and if others like it, then fine. But I don't try to impress other ppl. with my skills.
I like cooking with high temperatures... (that sets off the smoke alarm). One day I was watching a TV program where they were featuring an unusual kitchen; the cook's back kitchen door opened out onto a covered deck and she had a cook top out there so she could cook outdoors without smoking up the kitchen. It was so neat, I want something like that too, only I want my old entire kitchen range/oven out there. lol Get a new one for the inside kitchen.
