Above C

Guest
Of languid festivities
and a humans rush,
Breaks dawn a new wishful life,
Seeking timid pleasures

Thoughts with a rush
and a mind to push through
Seeing death before livid and
long gone before truth

Of flowing dreams, ill torn sleeves
New becomes old in a life of needs
A life conceived before first sheer thought of existing
comes shining through

A maze of appetites to wander through
for one last taste
It's too far away for time to be reaching me yet
One more hour, I plea!

After a life of listening in
noises tend to credit the spaces
your mind was once in.

Accustomed to feeling young
the girl ran wildly to previous seen places
To prevent a future of her past
and old thoughts growing numb.

Opinions, thoughts, thankyou.
