I've been having a problem with figuring out what the name of this book is. I hope you can help me figure it out.I'm not quite sure but I have the details.
Ok. Its a story about a young teen who is best friends with a friendly, good-hearted guy. One day the teen brings an expensive bottle of alcohol to the abandoned basement where they hang out. His best friend accidentally drops it on the floor. This makes the teen furious. With one blow, he kills his best friend. Scared, he leaves his dead friend there. He continues on his life like nothings happened. He has a best friend who is African-American and plays the piano. She also plays rugball.The teen has a girlfriend named Angela. She drives a cool car and has a sassy personality. Her brother is in the military or the police, one of those two. Anyway, he doesn't like the teen and knows he's trouble.
The teen is troubled. He has a somewhat bad-boy persona. I believe the story takes place in California. I'm not sure what the teens name is. =( Sorry.
But his neighbor makes trains and changes the wallpaper all the time. [if that helps.]
I haven't read the story in a while. Then, I was cleaning and I accidentally threw out the book.
