People who look bad are bad in my opinion. That's the guy arrested for raping his daughter and locking her up for 24 years. Their evil faces are God's way of telling you to stay away.
 
Everyone looks bad in their mug shots. Plus you're being biased, and like all of us your idea of beauty in photographs has been photoshopped.
