It's probably SVU but I'm not sure. These two parents let their son be molested by a millionaire in exchange for money to help pay for the cost of their other child's medical care? The parents signed a contract saying they wouldn't tell anyone about what happened and then told their son to sleep over at the millionaire's house. They justified their actions by saying they had no other choice because they really needed the money to take care of their other child, who was extremely ill.
