Do you know of any websites to get free ringtones for Revol users?

I have a Revol phone (Razor) and service, and no websites for free ringtones seem to work. I have picture messaging, and the quality for recording ringtones is low.
**NOTE: I do not have free web access.
Any help would be great, thanks(:
