Do you know of any good biking tours throughout China?

Working in Shanghai until probably December or so, probably have to head back to the US around March or April. I would really like to see more of the rural parts of China and maybe even Tibet and many of the other amazing sights. I always thought biking would be a great way to do so. I know there are many companies out there offering biking tours through China, but was wondering if anyone had actually tried any of these tours and can recommend them. No shills please! (people working for companies) Looking for real experiences or stories
