area? I'm turning 21 in less than 3 weeks, and my friends keep asking me what I want to do for my birthday. I'm not a club type of person, but I'd love to go to a nice, chill restaurant with a lounge type feel (and an endless amount of drinks!).
I've pretty much checked out all the restaurants & lounge places in San Francisco -- from posts similar to this and google -- and none of them seem to be what I'm looking for (not to say they are bad or anything). I'd like for it to be somewhat inexpensive, but I'm willing to look at whatever.
