Spam tacos.
My grandma used to make them for me when I was little and now I make them.
You get a corn tortilla, a slice of spam, and a slice of American cheese. Put Spam and Cheese in the tortilla. Poor some cooking oil into a skillet and fry the taco.
Sooo good.

Spam was the bane of my childhood. My Mother made us kids Spam sandwiches for school lunch and on Friday nights she would make a pizza with chopped up, left over Spam. I would pick off each piece with accompanying sound effects...eww, ack, ick..drove her nuts.
