Do you know a little or a lot about electronics? Old Aiwa probs.?

I have an Aiwa 3CD changer from the late 90's. The disc changer won't play the CD's. It goes to a slot, acts like it's trying to read it, then moves to the next slot. My husband can't figure it out, he's more electrical and mechanical, than electronic savvy. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks sweety. I didn't think to mention it has been cleaned. My husband blew it out with air and did the other thing, too.
 
it may not be able to read the disks due to faulty components, or dust build up, you can try using a lens cleaner disk to wipe off the dust i think you can get those pretty much anywhere that sells music cd's.
 
Probably beyond repair and not worth fixing. A replacement one will be pretty cheap:
